Set up the TechnoCul portal

Configure the database, email delivery, and admin account in one pass. SMTP is used for invoice emails, alerts, and email-based sign-in verification. After install, you can send a test email from Admin by entering only the destination email address.

Application Core portal URL and database connection.

Email / SMTP Recommended for Microsoft 365: `smtp.office365.com`, port `587`, encryption `tls`. Use Admin after installation to send a test email.
